Introduction
The Group has been established to advise the HEVAC Council on Indoor Air Quality needs across all the HEVAC associations and groups, acting as a thought leader for the Association to put in place initiatives to achieve improvements in Indoor Air Quality and supporting standards and Government initiatives where appropriate. It will have responsibility for initiating external communications on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).
Aims and objectives
- To provide FETA members with a trusted forum for best practice in Indoor Air Quality for both domestic and non-domestic buildings.
- To identify areas of IAQ where HEVAC/FETA can influence government policy on IAQ.
- To identify areas of IAQ where HEVAC/FETA can generate awareness with members and installers/end users over IAQ issues and how to solve them.
